Needed a bookcase, and wanted it to be really beautiful, as it is a huge thing in the living room. She let me free to quite an extend: To almost all my questions she answered “you are the expert. You choose!” But she did have the wish to store her stereo equipment somewhere in it, and later remembered she had quite a lot of old tapes, that she wanted to keep. “Could these also be stored in the bookcase?”

The round shape of this storage, is taken from two (round) pillars in the living room, that support the construction of the building. Karin was and still is very happy with the result. It is the showpiece of the living room. But it surprised her at the time, that it took rather long. On the other hand, she was also surprised about the service: after 5 years she broke the lock, and it was changed for free!
