Marc

His living room is high and he is quite tall himself. He wanted a cabinet for his stereo equipment, that would not take too much floor space. At the same time, he wanted a lot of storage for CDs. So, the cabinet would have to be tall. All storage systems he found in shops are open, but he wanted a cabinet with a door.

I made three different designs, stressing the tallness. He chose the most austere, basic one. He had some trouble with the price of the cabinet. He never thought he would spend this much money on a piece of furniture. But after all, he finds it remarkably beautiful, stylish and durable.

Afterwards I made another cabinet for Marc, for the TV set, matching with the original one.
