Anke

She is a graphic designer, working mostly with computers, and she suffered from RSI. She needed a table with very precise measurements: The height must level exactly with her own height. She wanted more width compared to a normal table, to vary the position of the screen. More length was also good, so she would have space to put many things around her. On the other had, the room where she worked was her bedroom as well, so it would not be good to have a huge table there. The result is a table in two parts. One part can, during quiet periods, be placed elsewhere as a side table.

Anke now moved to another house. In the new house they put the table in the dining room. Friends that visit the new house for the first time, are all struck by the beautiful dining table. Only later they realise it was there in the previous house too.
